Big data is gradually becoming the most important source of information for making managing decisions at the federal, regional and local levels. Planning and transport solutions, monitoring of social inequality and commercial preferences of the population, systems, quick response systems to problems such as epidemics and natural disasters, mass sport and cultural events require the use of big data and the ability to work with them, calibrate, store, visualize, create on their basis management metrics and methods of their application.
